My mom has an older model that I grew up using, and I honestly don't know how I've gotten along without it! (Oh wait, I haven't been baking... probably because I don't have a completely awesome mixer to mix my cake mix with!)
I realize that this is a luxury, and that I can actually use my God-given muscles and mix my own cake mix, however I've been researching how to make your own whipped shea butter lotion, and it would be quite the workout if I don't use one of these handy mixers.
Amazon has this mixer for $239.99, down about $60 from anywhere else I've seen. This model has been $299.99 on average, plus it qualifies for super saver shipping which is free if I don't mind waiting a few extra days to get it!
